Photometrics AI provides the Site and any free utilities (“Tools”) on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output from the Tools is accurate or fit for a particular purpose. You use the Site and Tools at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photometrics AI and EvariLABS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or Tools.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, software, and Tool source code unless otherwise marked — is © Photometrics AI / EvariLABS LLC. You may share and reference content with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions without permission.
Demo and beta access
Any product demonstrations, pilot programs, or beta access to Photometrics AI software are provided under separate written agreement and are not governed by these terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the Site or Tools to break the law, infringe others’ rights, transmit malware, or attempt to disrupt operation of the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
